Murraya paniculata is a species of shrub or small tree in the family Rutaceae, fragrant white or cream-coloured flowers and oval, orange-red berries containing hairy seeds.

Flowering occurs repeatedly throughout the year.It is noted for its glossy evergreen dark green leaves, strongly fragrant white flowers and red ornamental fruits.

Flowers are most fragrant at night. Rarely bothered by disease or insect problems making them virtually a maintenance-free perennial.
